Job Role Overview

Natalie Marie Jewellery is a premium jewellery brand dedicated to traditional craftsmanship, sustainability and unique style.

We are seeking dedicated sales professionals to join our teams in Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from our showrooms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with showroom setup, stock merchandising and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure the showroom remains well-presented.
  • Provide a nurturing and positive retail experience for clients, including product information and sales support.
  • Answer telephone calls and receive parcels.
  • Coordinate appointments and consultations, preparing the showroom and consultation rooms as required.
  • Pack away stock at the end of each day and assist with security and closure.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.
