
Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We're seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, both physical and psychological. Our goal is to support individuals in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.
- As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload and work collaboratively with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals.
- You will apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs, and complete assessments using your clinical skills.
Our ideal candidate has a qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy, full professional registration with AHPRA or full professional accreditation with ESSA, strong communication skills, excellent time management skills, and a desire to problem solve with confidence.
About This OpportunityThis role offers the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, working closely with a strong team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals. In this position, you will be exposed to delivering innovative services including our pain education Re-thinking Recovery program, which centres around using virtual reality and modern pain science to help people understand pain and re-train their brain and body.
