As a Service Supervisor Lead, you will play a key role in leading a team of dedicated technicians and warranty agents to deliver outstanding service and maintain the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical knowledge to perform specialized warranty services on Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Coordinate service calls, assign technicians, and prioritize tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide start-up assistance for new installations.
  • Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship for all service and repair jobs.
  • Participate in training and development programs.

**Qualifications**

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Certificate.
  • Technical knowledge and qualifications in HVAC and/or refrigeration disciplines.
  • Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Supervisors Licence (if applicable in your region).
