Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of technicians and warranty agents, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service and maintaining our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform warranty service on Temperzone and Hitachi products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate service calls, assign technicians, and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless delivery of service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Provide start-up assistance for new installations and ensure a smooth transition for customers.
  • Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Ensure the highest quality workmanship for all service and repair jobs, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong technical knowledge and qualifications in HVAC and/or refrigeration disciplines.
  • Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Certificate and Supervisors Licence (if applicable).
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
