We're seeking a creative, results-driven marketer to help shape our marketing strategy from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and develop lasting brand connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase MAUs, revenue, and brand loyalty.
  • Pitch innovative campaigns with clear goals, sharp messaging, and a plan to achieve success.
  • Execute across multiple organic channels, including email, push, social media, influencer campaigns, and emerging AI-driven opportunities.
  • Champion the user voice by analyzing feedback from support and social media, identifying trends, and turning insights into campaign ideas in collaboration with the product team.
  • Stay data-driven and track what's working, reporting on impact and ROI to fuel smarter, bolder campaigns.
  • Scale your impact by collaborating with top-tier agencies or building high-performing teams to maximize every dollar spent.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in organic growth marketing, including work in startups or early-stage environments.
  • Hands-on expertise across key channels like email, push, social media, ASO, influencer, and content marketing.
  • Proven impact on conversion-focused products such as consumer subscription apps or e-commerce platforms.
  • Data-led creativity, able to craft and execute campaigns that drive growth and deepen user engagement.
  • Collaborative leadership skills, with experience scaling through agencies or building high-performing teams.

In this role, you'll create an organic marketing engine that accelerates user acquisition, boosts retention, and deepens brand love without relying on paid media. You'll launch standout campaigns across multiple channels that people talk about and share.
