Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical staff and interns to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees.
- Plan and assign work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assist with hiring and staff evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice and management experience.
- Mental Health Professional certification as a minority Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC.
- Meet state clinical supervisor requirements, including LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure.
