Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical staff and interns to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees.
  • Plan and assign work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Assist with hiring and staff evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences.
  • At least 5 years of clinical practice and management experience.
  • Mental Health Professional certification as a minority Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC.
  • Meet state clinical supervisor requirements, including LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure.
