Position Summary:

Full-Time Clinical Supervisor position available for our outpatient Child and Family Department in Washington. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising clinical staff, intern supervision, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, assisting the Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems, contract compliance, and carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical staff and interns.
  • Train and develop employees.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work.
  • Assist with hiring and staff evaluations.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Ensure contract compliance.
  • Provide direct care to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences.
  • Have at least 5 years of clinical practice and management experience.
  • Mental Health Professional; certification as a minority Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC.
  • Must meet the state clinical supervisor requirement. LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure required.
