Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly skilled Senior Leadership Support Specialist to provide high-level support to 2 Directors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the directors' schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive support for meetings, document distribution, and mail handling. Assist during recruitment processes and other administrative duties.
  • Invoice and Quote Processing: Ensure timely processing of quotes and invoices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and accessible records for the team and assist with broader divisional needs.
  • Support to Other Teams: Offer assistance to other teams in the division as required, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Database Management: Maintain relevant databases, conduct analyses, and monitor local contracts and service agreements.
  • Service Delivery: Participate in the supervision of a service delivery team and contribute to the development of strategies that represent the entity or stakeholder groups.

To be suitable for this role, you will:

  • Be open to new ideas and approaches while actively developing new skills.
  • Build a supportive team environment and engage with other teams to address issues collaboratively.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices to align with future goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Apply critical thinking to align problem-solving efforts with department policies and processes.
  • Understand stakeholder needs and tailor communication accordingly to optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize resources to ensure the efficient delivery of work.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
