At Forever New, we're on a mission to revolutionize the retail landscape. As our transformation program takes shape, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Change Manager to lead the charge.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group General Manager Global Retail, you'll be responsible for driving change management activities and ensuring a seamless transition to our new operating model. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and mapping stakeholders, collaborating with key teams, and developing training programs to equip our staff with the skills needed to thrive in this new environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program goals and culture.
  • Create and execute a change management plan, covering communications, training, and rollout planning.
  • Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, leading workshops to support rollout and change planning.
  • Conduct impact analysis to assess change impacts, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop change plans aligned with program rollout plan.
  • Work with business stakeholders across the organisation to implement changes, ensuring alignment with program activities.
  • Provide coaching to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams to enhance their change leadership.
  • Contribute to designing a change program that equips Change Leaders with change management skills.
  • Direct business Change Analysts in completing change analysis activities, provide and implement training and support end users.
  • Creating and monitoring metrics for effectiveness and highlighting training opportunities to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in senior change management positions (Change Lead and/or Manager), particularly in managing rollout of new technology in large complex organisations.
  • Proven experience in leading complex transformations, including operating model redesigns is essential.
  • Strong background in managing change within immature environments and overcoming resistance.
  • Strong experience in developing change management plans and design, develop or contribute to artefacts or interventions to enable SMEs and leaders in executing communications, training, champions engagement and resistance management.
  • Hands-on leader with expertise in project/program change management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders and handling difficult conversations.
  • Highly desirable certification in change management methodology.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Preferred experience in Retail, with Point of Sale or ERP rollout.
  • Strong experience in fast-paced environment, with ability to make critical decisions or recommendation in rapidly changing environment.
  • A passion and a love for Women's apparel retailing or 'Shopping' as this will best equip you with the insights needed to support the change.
  • Relevant tertiary education.
