About the Role

The Youth Worker will play a vital role in supporting the engagement, wellbeing, and social inclusion of young people at Holy Spirit College. This will involve designing and developing programs and activities that enhance the young people's learning experience and promote their social and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to promote young people's participation in educational programs
  • Provide support and guidance to young people to help them achieve their educational and personal goals
  • Work collaboratively with academic staff to develop and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of young people
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes young people's social and emotional wellbeing
  • Hold a Working with Children Blue Card and maintain a current LR Driver's Licence
