Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital project management office (PMO) and drive the adoption of innovative digital solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish a high-performing delivery capability in digital PMO and project controls while supporting sales and recruitment efforts.
  2. Animate and grow our Digital PMO community of practice, fostering collaboration and expertise sharing among team members.
  3. Be the face of digital transformation within the organization; speak at industry events and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
  4. Drive training and change management to boost adoption of digital tools across project teams and client organizations.
  5. Lead the rollout of digital PMO solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and measurable value creation.
  6. Contribute to bids, solution design, and mobilization of new client engagements involving digital PMO.
  7. Track emerging trends in project controls and digital PMO to keep our offer cutting-edge and competitive.
  8. Identify, qualify, and nurture digital PMO talent, building the next generation of experts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project controls and PMO, with a strong grasp of digital tools, methods, and data-driven delivery.
  • Hands-on leadership of complex projects, ideally in consultancy or client-facing settings.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders from project teams to executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
  • Self-starter who thrives in both team and independent environments.
  • Familiarity with digital PMO platforms (a plus).
  • Project management certifications desirable.
