Job Opportunity for Experienced Program Officer

The job holder will be responsible for guiding national and branch deliverables, ensuring quality outcomes aligned with legislation, policies, procedures, standards, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and/or supervising staff responsible for business administration support, expertise, and technical knowledge across various activities
  • Providing accurate and specialized advice, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy frameworks
  • Assessing and maintaining quality processes and documentation related to service delivery, ensuring alignment with legislation and policy
  • Coordinating and analyzing data for drafting high-level internal and external communications
  • Collecting and auditing workforce planning and capacity data
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills and negotiation experience with various stakeholders
  • Scheduling and Time Management skills with project management experience
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills with experience navigating complex projects
  • Team leadership skills and experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • Australian citizenship is a requirement for this position
