## Job Title: Home Care Worker

## Job Description:

At KinCare, we're committed to improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers through tailored in-home care services. As a Home Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, and providing social support and access to lifestyle activities.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our customers
* Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food
* Provide social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected
* Assist with personal care, including getting customers up, showered, and dressed for the day, managing medication, and assisting with mobility and therapy goals
* Provide respite and emotional support, helping our customers feel cared for and supported

### What We Look for in a Care Worker:

* You're passionate about assisting our aged community and helping them live independently at home for longer
* You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is part of the role
* You're able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help
* You're available to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work
