About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Port Broughton. As a Support Worker, you will provide in-home support to clients with varying needs, including personal care, domestic activities, and social support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide domestic support, including meal preparation and household chores
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities, if required
Requirements
  • Passion for helping and supporting others
  • Previous experience in a support role, desirable
  • Current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Unrestricted Drivers' Licence and roadworthy-ensured vehicle, if transporting clients
