The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and functional understanding of Dayforce HCM, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.

  • Over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation, with a proven ability to deliver successful Payroll solutions.
  • Expertise in business process mapping and modelling, identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
  • Recognised as a go-to resource for Payroll, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong foundation for strategic consulting and leadership.
