Dayforce Payroll Consultant Role Summary:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dayforce Payroll Consultant. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering successful payroll implementations from gathering client requirements and configuring solutions to leading complex testing processes and managing stakeholder expectations.

As a Dayforce Payroll Consultant, you will play a vital role in mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery. You will bring your expertise to design tailored solutions that align with business objectives and assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design solutions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful payroll implementations from gathering client requirements and configuring solutions to leading complex testing processes and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Mentor consultants, identify risks, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Design tailored solutions that align with business objectives and assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation, with a proven ability to deliver successful Payroll solutions.
  • Expertise in business process mapping and modelling, identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
