Job Title: Operational Technology Manager

The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution and delivery of operational technology programs across multiple energy generation sites. This includes managing stakeholder engagement at technical, operational and executive levels, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, budget and timeline expectations, coordinating site travel and on-ground project activities with minimal disruption to operations, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation across OT systems and processes.

  • Proven experience managing complex OT or ICS programs in asset-intensive industries (e.g., energy, utilities, mining or heavy industry)
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, telemetry and cybersecurity in operational environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in government-owned or regulated environments is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or asset management
