Policy Analyst Role

The Policy Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of policy initiatives that drive positive change in the public sector.

About the Team

The NSW Treasury's Policy and Budget (P&B) Group is responsible for providing policy advice on public sector budget management and performance.

We identify opportunities for budget reform and ensure policies and processes align with best practices and fiscal objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting research and analysis on public sector budget management and performance
