Project Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Centralised Energy Services team in Sydney. As a key member of the project management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

  • You will manage end-to-end projects from installation to completion, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement and effective collaboration with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with developers, builders, contractors, equipment providers, and gas network providers to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
  • You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
  • You will collate and complete CRM records, close-out documentation, and handover to Origin's Asset Management group.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Technical qualifications related to commercial gas hot water plants or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in project management, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with decision-makers in third-party organisations.
  • Experience working in an installation and service environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
