We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trust Accountant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.
Job SummaryThis is an exceptional opportunity for a Junior Trust Accountant to develop their skills in trust accounting, working closely with a senior accountant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with trust accounting, processing deposits, managing investment accounts, and preparing financial reports.
About the Role- Assist with trust accounting tasks, including deposit processing and investment account management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including end-of-month and EOFY reports.
- Liaise with vendors, property managers, and sales agents to manage correspondence and resolve issues.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Data entry skills and proficiency in relevant software.
