Job Overview

This role focuses on enhancing cyber maturity within a program, leveraging technical expertise to develop and implement information security policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating process effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and driving the enhancement of cyber resilience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Planning and coordinating cybersecurity initiatives and risk reduction projects.
  • Conducting security compliance monitoring, assessing gaps, and responding to emerging security incidents.
  • Providing mature information security design advice and recommending technological or procedural solutions to meet security control objectives.
  • Analyzing and documenting information security incidents, identifying root causes, prioritizing threats, and recommending or implementing corrective actions.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff members to help them grow and develop their skills in cybersecurity.

Strong communication skills are essential for effectively articulating complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
