Our organization seeks a dedicated professional to fill the role of Case Manager Esp. This position involves providing case management support to participants of the Engagement and Support Program (ESP). The successful candidate will work closely with clients, their support networks, and multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver service interventions aimed at disengagement from violent extremism.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Risk assessment and understanding client needs through collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing comprehensive case plans to address disengagement and promote pro-social factors with clients.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, including government and non-government agencies, to ensure appropriate services for clients.
  • Preparing reports and updates on client progress for relevant stakeholders.
  • Presenting updates about clients to multi-disciplinary teams and reporting to panels for feedback and endorsement.
  • Collaborating with law enforcement partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Delivering case plans, reports, and updates within tight deadlines while managing competing priorities.

This role is part of our CVE Engagement and Support Unit, a specialized team focused on prevention and early intervention of violent extremist behavior. Our unit delivers programs aimed at reducing violent extremist behavior and contributes to national best practice in CVE interventions.
