Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple building projects at various stages. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from scoping and design to construction and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scoping of works and manage the design, tender, and procurement process
  • Engage with contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage construction and delivery phases, including contract management, variations, and claims
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Client-Side (Buildings) Project Manager, ideally in a consultancy setting
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex building projects, with a focus on project management and delivery
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  • A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline
