Key Responsibilities

As a Home and Investment Lending Specialist, you will work closely with the Home and Investment Lending Manager to provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching customers through each step of the home buying process
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience with ANZ
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying and recommending appropriate financial products and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
