About the Role

As a Home and Investment Lending Associate, you'll work closely with the Home and Investment Lending Manager to support customers in achieving their financial goals. Your role will involve coaching customers through each step of the journey, ensuring their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

You'll be responsible for identifying appropriate products and solutions to meet customer needs and ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time. You'll also be involved in other branch activities to provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.

We're looking for a proactive and financially savvy individual who can multi-task, adapt to change and ambiguity, and resolve problems effectively. You'll need to be an active user and promoter of technology, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
