Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to shape the future of regional rail networks.

The successful candidate will bring confidence, autonomy, and proven experience in track and civil engineering to deliver safe and effective projects.

This role is ideal for a confident and capable rail operator with solid experience in project delivery.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Victoria (RPEV) in civil engineering;
  • Proven experience in project delivery, ideally 3+ years;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation and collaboration;
  • A current driver licence or ability to travel independently to site;
