Job Description:

This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their lifestyle goals and enhance their overall well-being. The successful candidate will provide personalized support, assistance with daily living activities, and promote independence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized plans
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a strong understanding of disability support principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

The following qualifications are essential:

  • Certification in disability support or related field (e.g., Certificate III in Disability Support)
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Australian driver's license (if applicable)
