Current Opportunities

Our casual team is growing, and we are looking for dedicated people to work in kindergartens in Ararat, Ballarat, and the surrounding region.

Salary ranges from $97,100 to $133,800 (including superannuation and annual leave loading), plus a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, salary packaging options, bonus opportunities, a professional development budget, and wellbeing & EAP support.

Safety and Screening Requirements
  • A Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Kindergarten Additional Assistants can substitute a Police Check)
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (not required for Kindergarten Additional Assistants)
  • Infection Control Training (online module)
