About the Job
  • We seek a skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to lead our team in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to drive IT service management processes.
About You
  • You will have a strong understanding of knowledge management principles and experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret usage metrics and feedback to improve knowledge management practices.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and content standards, ensuring materials are inclusive and aligned with organisational policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, information technology, or communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a knowledge management role, preferably with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
