Job Title: Client Service Consultant

About the Role:

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our specialist Wealth division with client support that offers market-leading integrated wealth solutions for advisers and their clients.

You will be part of a national team of experts, connecting with our clients and Financial Advisors, helping to resolve their issues quickly and with empathy.

We operate in 31 markets and have 56 years of unbroken profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside and communicate with Financial Advisors to assist with delivery of financial products and services.
  • Utilise advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone call.
  • Display ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions on behalf of our clients.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance best practice guides and direct queries to appropriate support teams.
Requirements:
  • 1 year + experience within wealth management, superannuation or related fields, within a contact centre environment.
  • Proven high level of accuracy and typing skills.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve multifaceted client issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic and resolve queries in a timely manner.
