Job Title: Health Funding Compliance Officer

Cabrini is seeking a passionate and driven professional to join their vibrant Health Funds and Patient Services team as a Health Funding Compliance Officer. This is a permanent full-time position based at their corporate office with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data gathering and preparation for audits
  • Monitor communications and ensure timely, professional responses
  • Maintain records and update information in the Patient Management System
  • Liaise across departments to retrieve clinical documentation and verify patient data
  • Support compliance reporting and contract administration under the guidance of the Lead Specialist - Health Funding Compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience in private hospital billing, health fund product knowledge, or similar industry experience (preferred)
  • Certificate in Health Administration or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • Keen eye for detail and methodical, organised approach
  • Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
  • Solid understanding of the Privacy Act and importance of confidentiality
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Teams, and ideally the Patient Management System
