Associate Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Consultant to join our growing team in Melbourne.

  • Support the delivery of assessment activity across each stage of the recruitment process
  • Facilitate and present at public information sessions
  • Evaluate, assess and report on participants for video interviews and assessment centres
  • Provide developmental feedback to participants

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Organisational Design, HR, Recruitment or equivalent background
  • Transferable skills in customer service and record keeping
  • Open and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
