Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, creative and driven culinary professional to fill a Part-Time position within our Banquets Kitchen team.

The successful candidate will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that will see guests returning time and time again by adapting to special requests with flexibility.

  • Provide efficient and professional service to exceed expectations.
  • Perform tasks within a timely manner to ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Promote culinary excellence through consistently great food production in line with high quality standards.
  • Maintain health and hygiene standards as per HACCP regulations.
  • Liaise with the Kitchen teams on special requests or delayed meals.

About You:

  • A can-do attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong desire for success, motivated by achieving high results.
  • Previous experience in banqueting environments would be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience working within fast-paced kitchens.
  • Excellent technical knowledge with experience in various cooking techniques and styles.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
  • Food Safety Certificate is essential.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
