Job Description

**Job Title:** SAP Test Coordinator - Implementation Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Test Coordinator to join our team at The Recruitment Company Australia. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for coordinating all testing activities throughout the SAP S/4 HANA implementation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules in alignment with project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with the Test Manager, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing objectives are met.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and documentation of test cases and scenarios aimed at validating system functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring the timely resolution of issues identified during testing phases.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to report testing progress, issues, and risks to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to optimize testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to testing team members, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate project team members on testing processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a must.
  • Experience in SAP testing coordination, implementation, and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP Quality Center).
  • Skilled in using office tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Self-starter with high personal drive and a positive attitude.
  • Advanced skills in documentation and reporting.
