We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant / Configuration Specialist to join our team at the Australian Federal Police. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for translating high-level design and business requirements into detailed design documents, aligning SAP solutions with defined requirements, and configuring agreed solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review business design documentation to ensure technical feasibility and highlight constraints and assumptions.
  • Configure agreed solutions and work with the test team to address defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding and acceptance of proposed solutions and limitations.
  • Review test planning documentation to ensure alignment with intended design.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Relevant SAP qualification or extensive experience and knowledge in area of expertise.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in two or more relevant modules in SAP, including SAP FI/CO, SAP Assets Management, SAP SRM, SAP MM, SAP Inventory Management, SAP EHS, SAP Security & Authorisations, and SAP Portal/FIORI.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
