About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stress Test Coordinator to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our 2nd Line team, you will be responsible for coordinating our annual Stress Testing exercises, including the APRA-mandated Industry Stress Test.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Stress Testing exercises
  • Manage the tools that support Stress Testing, including the run sheet, timelines, and governance framework
  • Own the advisory groups, review meetings, and communications to stakeholders
  • Ensure all tasks, dates, and dependencies align with our regulatory obligations
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to monitor and track deliverables
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a solid understanding of risk management
  • At least five years of experience in project delivery or a similar role
