We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Support Worker to provide high-quality care services to our clients in their own homes. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility and therapy goals. They will also assist with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Additionally, they will provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be physically fit and able to lift and move clients as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 months experience in a similar professional role
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
