Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality patient care in an aged care setting.

This role involves delivering comprehensive care, including nursing assessments, developing individualised care plans, and implementing interventions to enhance service delivery.

The successful candidate will have extensive post-registration experience in an Aged Care setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of risk management, safety, and quality principles.

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery and to guide others in providing service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.

Selection Criteria:

The selection criteria for this position include current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, engage positively with patients/clients, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care.
