  • Providing comprehensive customer service guidance, including logistical and customs insights.
  • Enhancing service quality by assessing and refining processes for improved outcomes.
  • Setting and implementing communication service benchmarks to elevate productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively addressing performance challenges by identifying issues and providing necessary training and support.
  • Contributing to effective cost management through targeted education in flight operations and inventory control.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role.
  • Food Safety and HACCP certifications are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the airline catering sector.
  • Proficient in documentation and records management.
  • Eligibility to obtain an ASIC pass and an airside driver's license.
  • Requirement to pass a National Police Check due to the nature of the aviation services industry.
