Job Overview

The Administration Team Leader is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

This newly created position will lead a high-performing team, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the continuous improvement of administration processes, procedures, and systems to provide effective and timely service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business transformation and change initiatives in line with strategic priorities
  • Coordinate, monitor, and provide guidance to facilitate learnings and incidents from the wider team to improve processes and procedures
  • Manage and support administration processes and procedures to ensure efficient services are provided and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Take action to ensure appropriate due-diligence and risk management
  • Provide effective, efficient, and timely resolution to meet customer needs and prevent repetition of similar events
  • Provide quality coaching, mentoring, and training of team members and track team performance against goals
