We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator Team Leader to manage and supervise our manufacturing facility's main praline depositing lines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
A strong technical and mechanical aptitude is essential for success in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their team to meet production targets while maintaining a safe working environment.
This includes operating state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings, and tempering chocolate.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise line teams to achieve production goals.
- Operate complex chocolate manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain quality control and adhere to GMP guidelines.
- Organize packing staff at end-of-line stations.
- Prepare chocolates according to set recipes and methods.
- Mix and blend ingredients for filling deposition.
- Implement production schedules.
- Perform frequent heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Complete efficient machine clean downs and line changeovers.
- Accurately maintain paperwork and traceability records.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
