Sales Assistant - Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail environment. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans, and educating customers on sleep disorders and therapy options.

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Educate customers and families on sleep disorders and therapy options
  • Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment tailored to individual needs
  • Provide setup, training, and ongoing support for CPAP therapy
  • Follow up with customers to ensure therapy compliance and satisfaction
  • Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinic and retail space
  • Handle payments, manage banking procedures, and oversee stock levels

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or customer service (healthcare experience is an asset)
