We are seeking a compassionate and committed support professional to provide person-centred care to individuals living with disability.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals living with disability.
  • Support participants to achieve their goals and participate in community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent care.
Requirements:
  • Registered ABN (easy and free to register).
  • Proof of working rights in Australia.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check – current and valid.
  • Current Police Check (issued within the last 3 years).
