Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor staff, guide behaviour support strategies, and work closely with clients and their families to align services with individual goals.
  • Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs, lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies, and engage clients and families to ensure compliance with NDIS standards and policies.
  • Advocate for client rights, maintain accurate documentation, and provide high-quality services that meet the needs of clients.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to mentor and model best practice;
