A career at Breville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
It's more than working for a global leader; it's an opportunity to be a part of something that impacts people all over the world.
About BRGFounded in Sydney in 1932, BRG is a global leader in premium kitchen appliances, best known today for its innovative, design-led coffee equipment that empowers people to bring café-quality experiences into their homes.
Operating as Breville in Australia, North America, and Asia, and Sage in the UK, EU and Middle East, the Group has built a global reputation for excellence.

About the role Exciting things are happening in Breville's social team.
Our global platforms are thriving, and we're looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes social culture, and is equal parts content-savvy and editorially sharp.
As a brand grounded in food and coffee, we're looking for someone who brings genuine curiosity (and ideally a bit of personal obsession) for the world we work in.
Whether it's knowing the difference between a flat white and a cortado, or spotting the next big Tik Tok cooking trend, we want someone who gets the space we play in.
You'll largely focus on Meta and Tik Tok, supporting content development, owning publishing schedules, and keeping things running smoothly across platforms and markets.
This role is perfect for someone who knows what's trending before it hits the For You Pages, and who's confident turning that insight into real creative opportunities.
You'll collaborate closely with our Global Creative Specialist, joining shoots and being hands-on in the creative process, but also be just as comfortable behind the scenes, building calendars, wrangling assets and managing the nitty-gritty of global campaign rollouts.
If you're a detail-driven multitasker who's chronically online and passionate about storytelling, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and publish content across global social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice, while leveraging social trends to captivate and engage audiences and grow the brand's followership.
Curate and evolve our Tik Tok presence - spotting trends, championing modern ideas, and bringing fresh creative energy to the channel.
Collaborate with the Social Media Creative and Content Specialist to help execute creative ideas, including supporting content shoots and asset production as needed.
Curate our social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with the brand's identity, resonates with audiences, and maintains a cohesive and inspiring aesthetic.
Manage day-to-day community interactions, responding to comments and messages fostering engagement and brand loyalty.
Proactively identify and champion new social media features, trends and creative opportunities to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Work closely with the Global Social Media Manager to contribute insights to support the development and refinement of social media strategies, as well as the rollout of new digital initiatives.
Develop and maintain systems to manage a high volume of content, including project timelines and asset organisation.
Contribute to a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
Build strong relationships with regional teams to coordinate and organise regional priorities.
Be flexible and available for occasional after-hours meetings to accommodate different time zones.
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:2-3 years of social media marketing and/or content creation experience.
Is creative, curious and always on the lookout for new ways to connect with audiences.
Proven experience in managing branded social media accounts.
Excellent copywriting skills and proven ability to craft engaging, clever and refined copy for brands.
A solid foundation in social media best practices, branding and marketing principles, and a deep understanding of current social media trends, platform features, and emerging formats.
Is a cultural-tastemaker who has their finger on the pulse of the latest food trends, design trends, and emerging influencers.
A passion for food and coffee is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with experience managing a high volume of content, deadlines, and priorities.
Thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoying teamwork and building strong relationships with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Experience in social media management software.
