About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our education team on a temporary basis to provide leave coverage.

As a training specialist, you will develop and deliver ongoing instruction and education to staff working across multiple streams, ensuring high-quality care is provided for residents.

Your main duties will include:

  • Promoting and assisting with skill and capability development.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver short courses, workshops, blended learning programs and resources that align with targeted learning outcomes.
  • Provide real-time support to staff to ensure high-quality, safe and evidence-based care is provided to residents.
About You
  • You must have current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with high-level ICT skills.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel with overnight stays.
  • Covid-19 vaccination unless assessed exempt.
