Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical maintenance development and instruction, with experience in Avionics Aircraft Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instructor-led training for ongoing sustainment activities, including train-the-trainer coaching and mentoring.
  • Analyze lesson frameworks and design maintenance training solutions to meet the requirements of the E-7 Aircraft capability.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for developing essential E-7 Aircraft courseware compliant with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills Avionics or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with E-7 Wedgetail or B737NG holding a B2 MAML or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience In Avionics Aircraft Maintenance (B2).
