About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children in our Toddler room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor other educators in the room or setting to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Work in partnership with other educators, support staff, and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).
  • A current and valid check that confirms the candidate's suitability to work with children.
  • First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
