About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scheduler Service Centre to join our Supply Chain team at our Western Port, Hastings Manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in full and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the flow of product through the various stages of the order life cycle
  • Responsible for feed management and scheduling
  • Demonstrate superior attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
  • Deliver improvements by streamlining processes and embedding standardisation through reporting
  • Coordinate service officer implementations and reviews for the supply chain team
  • Support the Project Avenir rollout
  • Support the VIC service centre consolidation Project
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications along with experience in supply chain (or similar) work environments
  • A positive can-do attitude with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Effective relationship management and influencing capability
  • Be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external customers
  • Have experience working in fast-paced environments and be comfortable with change, having the ability to manage competing priorities in an efficient and effective way
  • Demonstrate experience with reporting applications eg. Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and Powerpoint including strong proficiency with pivot tables, lookup formulas and reporting)
  • Demonstrate experience with various IT systems and platforms (e.g SAP, D365, Power BI, OTIS)
