We're seeking an exceptional people leader to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and their teams. This pivotal role supports the Venue Manager in bringing our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love' to life across our extensive network of venues.

A Day in the Life of a People Leader:

  • Drive team motivation and inspiration to deliver genuine, local guest experiences.
  • Champion coaching and mentoring, as well as day-to-day operations and Guest initiatives.
  • Proactively develop and implement local events, supporting the Venue Manager to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Breed a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity, fostering a welcoming environment for all.

What We Need From You?

About You:

You possess outstanding hospitality leadership and operational experience, with a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You have a contagious passion for the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing your team.

You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
